Sneha College of Architecture(SCA), located at Govindapuram, Palakkad was established in 2012. It is approved by Council of Architecture (COA) & is affiliated to Calicut University.
SCA has established as the first institution to impart architectural education in the history of Palakkad district. It is also recognized as a centre for conducting Architectural Entrance Examination (NATA).
SCA has become a pioneer in the field of teacher education. Commenced with a Teacher’s training college, now the trust has got fully fledged B.Ed. and M.Ed. departments at Vattekkad Campus.
The vision of SCA is to shape responsible architects, who can ensure design solutions which are sensitive to society and environment for a sustainable human settlement. The mission as well is to ensure globally competent environment for moulding the future architects with innovative ideas, wider perception, social and environmental concerns.
SCA provides a full time five-year Bachelor in Architecture course with the intake of 40 students. The department is now running with two batches.
