Bishop Jerome Institute- School of Engineering and Technology (BJISET) is located at Fatima College Road in Kollam district of Kerala. BJISET was established in the year 2010 under the auspices of Bishop Jerome Foundation Trust. The institute is recognized by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to University of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram. The Bishop Jerome Institute or BJI or BJGI is one among the AICTE approved engineering and management colleges situated inside the city limit of Kollam.

Bishop Jerome Institute was set up in memory of Most Rev. Dr. Jerome M. Fernandez, the first native Bishop of Quilon Diocese, who worked tirelessly for the educational progress of the Latin Catholic community by starting colleges, schools and technical institutions. Bishop Jerome Institute is committed to provide professional education in a Christian atmosphere to all the students who join the institution for pursuing their professional studies. The institution hosts an integrated technical campus with three different schools of studies namely, School of Engineering and Technology, School of Architecture, and School of Management. There are four different branches of study in the School of Engineering: Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering.

B.Arch Eligibility

– 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board with Mathematics as a subject of study by securing 50% marks in aggregate or 10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognized by Central / State Governments with 50% aggregate marks and a valid score in NATA with a minimum of 40%.

B.Tech Academic Requirements: Eligibility – Pass in Higher Secondary Examination of the Board Higher Secondary Education of Kerala or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto with at least 50% percent marks in Mathematics and 50% percentage marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/ equivalent put together or equivalent grade or 45% percent marks in Mathematics and 60% percentage marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/ equivalent put together.
