TKM School of Architecture, Kollam

TKM School of Architecture was set up in 2014, with an annual intake of 40 students. The B.Arch. is a 10 semester course recognized by Cochin University Science and Technology and approved by the Council of Architecture, New Delhi. The curriculum improves the design skill of students by concentrating in the design methodology. The Practical Trainings during the seventh and tenth semesters provide the students the opportunity to gain the kind and range of practical experience which will prepare them for their likely responsibilities, immediately after qualifying B. Arch. Course.

The candidates seeking admission to this course should have the following basic requirements. The students should have passed the Kerala Higher Secondary Plus two Examination or 12th standard of CBSE, ICSE, VHSE or equivalent there to with 50% marks in Mathematics and 50% marks for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together. Diploma holders with 50% marks are also eligible for admission. 85% of total intake is filled from the Kerala State Entrance examination Rank list and the remaining by the management. All students seeking admission to this course should pass NATA conducted by the council of Architecture. 50% of the seats are filled from the list of the Common Entrance Examination conducted by the Government of Kerala. The remaining seats are filled by the management.
