Palakkad Institute of Science and Technology (PISAT), located at Attayampathy, Palakkad District, Kerala was established in 2009 and is managed & run by Kollengode Educational and Charitable Trust. PISAT is approved by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to university of Calicut.
PISAT management has identified highly qualified faculty to have the best teaching- learning process. The conventional chalk board mode of teaching has been replaced by modern methods of teaching using LDD’s, OHP’s etc. Apart from imparting routine academic education management had implemented programmes to encourage development of communication skills, problem solving and critical thinking as well as cultural and social awareness for its students.
The aim of PISAT is to provide engineering education facility in the region and develop young engineers with superior skills, sense of social responsibility and strong ethical values with a global outlook to face the challenges of the changing world.
