Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church College of nursing, Known as MOSC Nursing College, Kolencherry was incepted in 2006 with an aim of providing qualified and skilled professionals in health care. To achieve this aim, the college offers Bachelor of Science (B Sc) Nursing program.
Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church College of Nursing is affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University, popularly known as MG University and Kerala University of Health Sciences. The college is recognized by Indian Nursing Council (INC) and Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council (KNMC). Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church College of Nursing is functioning in a three storied building, which is equipped with all the basic and modern amenities.

Candidates must have passed Higher Secondary Examination in Science stream, with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English and with minimum of 50% aggregate marks. The minimum age for entry is 17 years on/before 31st December. The candidate should also be medically fit.
Admissions are made on the basis of an entrance examination conducted by Consortium of Self Financing Colleges Management and as per the norms prescribed by the Government/University from time to time.
B.Sc Nursing Post Basic Course
Eligibility
A pass in Pre – Degree/Plus Two examination, with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects or equivalent as recognized by the Kerala University of Health and Allied Sciences.; b) A Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery Course (3 years / 3 ½ years duration) approved by the Indian Nursing Council.; c) Registration in Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council.
