Rajadhani Institute of Engineering and Technology (RIET), established in 2009, is a private self-financing technical institution in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.College is affiliated to the Kerala University, and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education. There are six departments, each having emphasis on instruction and research. Rajadhani Institute of Engineering and Technology (RIET) campus known as ‘Rajadhani Hills’ was conceived and executed to be a self contained township with all facilities within walking distance. RIET has emerged as one of the foremost among the Self Financing Engineering Colleges in Kerala within a short span.

Admission Details

B.Tech.

Admission is strictly based on the merit. The rank list for Engineering Courses will be prepared by giving equal weight age to the marks obtained in the Kerala Entrance Examination and the Qualifying Examination.

A pass in the Higher Secondary Examination of the Department of Higher Secondary Education, Vocational Higher Secondary Examination of Department of Vocational Higher Secondary Education, Government of Kerala or examinations recognized equivalent thereto, with 50% marks in Mathematics separately and 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics put together are eligible for admission with relaxation for SC/ST/SEBC candidates.

M.Tech.

Candidates should have a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in the engineering examination in the relevent subject. For SC/ST candidates a pass in the engineering degree course is sufficient. For SEBC Students a minimum of 54% aggregate marks in the engineering degree examination is mandatory.

Rounding of the percentage of marks to the nearest whole number is not permitted.
