MES College of Engineering (MESCE) is located at Kuttippuram in Thrikkanapuram of Malappuram district in Kerala. MESCE was established in the year 1994 under the aegis of Muslim Educational Society (MES). The ISO 9001:2008 certified institute is affiliated to University of Calicut and recognised by AICTE, New Delhi.
M.E.S College of Engineering is the first Engineering College in the State with minority status. It is widely acknowledged as one of the top institutions for imparting technical education in the state, the college caters to the needs of Muslims in particular and others in general. The mission of the college is prosperity of the nation through quality Engineering education.
The college is situated on the beautiful and serene banks of Nila. The college is located at Thrikkanapuram, 2 km south of Kuttippuram Railway station on the Kuttippuram-Trichur state highway.

The college was selected under the scheme of TEQIP (Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme) by Govt of India in the year 2004. The college was established 4 Under Graduate courses viz Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Applied Electronics and Instrumentation and Mechanical Engineering with an intake of 60 each.
