IES college of Engineering, located in Chittilappilly, Thrissur was established in 2003. It is approved by AICTE and affiliated to University of Calicut. IES College of Engineering, Chittilappilly is ten kilometers from Thrissur City Corporation, the cultural capital of Kerala. It is a technical training institution, under self-financing scheme, run by the Ideal Educational Society and managed by the various committees of IES.
The College is governed by a Board of Directors who brings to the table more than 40 years of experience in running educational institutions abroad. The educational methodology focuses on Technical expertise and skill sets as well as personality development of the students, improving their talent and developing communication, managerial and administrative skills.
