Hindustan College of Engineering is a self financing institution set to start functioning from the year 2009 College is managed by southeast education trust. College have state of the art infrastructure and offers bachelor degree course in the field of engineering and technology in various disciplines. The institute is recognized by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to Kerala University.
Criteria of Eligibility for Admission
Candidates for admission to the B.Tech. Degree course shall be required to have passed the higher secondary/+2/XII Std. examination conducted by boards/ departments recognized/accepted by the University, obtaining not less than 50% marks in Mathematics independently and not less than 50% marks in Physics and Chemistry put together or not less than 45% in Mathematics individually and not less than 60% in Physics and Chemistry with pass in the exam conducted by the Technical Education department of Government of Kerala, subject to usual concession allowed for backward and other eligible communities as specified from time to time.
Eligibility conditions and reservation are as per notifications issued by Government of Kerala from time to time. 50% of the total seats are filled up by the Govt. of Kerala, as per the list prepared on the basis of Common Entrance Examinations, Govt. of Kerala. The remaining 50% seats are Management Quota seats.
