Heera Construction Company Pvt.Ltd., popularly known as “HEERA”. The College is headed by the Principal, Dr.T.Ruban Deva Prakash, described by those who have worked with him as a trailblazer and an educational pioneer. Heera College of Engineering and Technology (HCET) is located at Panavoor in Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala). HCET was established in the year 2010 under the aegis of Heera Educational & Charitable Trust. The ISO 9001:2008 certified institution is recognized by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to University of Kerala.
