Believers Church Caarmel Engineering College (BCCEC) is a self financed Engineering College offering Undergraduate Degree courses in Engineering and Postgraduate Degree courses in Management. The college was brought into existence by the Caarmel Educational Trust which is owned and managed by the Believers Church, headquartered at Thiruvalla, Kerala. Caarmel Engineering College (CEC) established in the year 2002 under the aegis of Caarmel Educational Trust. The institute is recognized by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to Mahatma Gandi University, Kottayam.

The main objective of college is developing the infrastructure facilities and human resources to provide high quality technical education for the students. To develop as a centre for applied research in traditional and frontier areas of technology through collaboration with corporate sectors, universities and research institutions.

Eligibility Criteria

For B.Tech – Pass in Higher Secondary Examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education of Kerala or an examination equivalent thereto with at least 50% marks in Mathematics separately, and 50 % marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together are eligible for admission. However candidates who have obtained 45% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together are eligible for admission under Management Quota.

For M.Tech – Admissions to the M. Tech course are done directly on the basis of merit. GATE qualified candidate are preferred. As per AICTE norms. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the relevant field. Candidate should obtain at least 50% (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) at the qualifying Examination.
