St. John’s College, affiliated to the University of Kerala was started in 1964. The college is accredited with ‘A ‘ grade by NAAC in 2016. It is yet another golden feather that adorns the crown of St.John’s immediately after its NAAC ‘A’ grade re-accreditation and Star College recognition.The College is one of the Malankara Syrian Catholic College established and administered by the Major Archdiocese of Thiruvananthapuram in accordance with the rights of the minority community guaranteed in the constitution of our country. This esteemed centre of learning is the fruit of the vision and farsightedness of late Archbishop Most Rev. Benedict Mar Gregorios and currently flourishing under the patronage of His Beatitude Moran Mor Baselios Cardinal Cleemis Catholicos.
