J M College of Arts & Science, Parannekad, Tirur, Malappuram Dist., Kerala is the one and only recognised college in Tirur. It is an unaided self-financing one affiliated to the University of Calicut recognised by The Govt. of Kerala under the management of Jem-i-yyathul Muslimeen (J M) Parannekad, Tirur which has its own heritage and experience in the field of imparting higher education and other social and moral activities in this back word area of Tirur for the last 32 years. Then possessed land and provided necessary facilities by constructing infrastructure for educational institutions. Now J.M administers several educational institutions from LKG to Higher secondary school both English Medium and Malayalam Medium in separate campus including Madrassa, Two Mosques and Al- fithra pre-school (an Egyptian method with international syllabus which has 2500 branches all over the world).
