JDT College of Physioitherapy (JDT CP), located at Kozhikode was established in 2005 as a Direct Centre of University of Calicut as per the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to conduct Bachelor of Physiotherapy program.From 2010-11 the college has been developed as an independent self-financing college and it is affiliated to the Kerala University Health Sciences, Thrissur. The college is now named as JDT Islam College of Physiotherapy and functioning in its own two floored building at JDT Islam campus, Vellimadukunnu.
The vision of the college is to Impart quality physiotherapy education of global standards by preparing academically superior,socially committed and culturally rich citizen to contribute for the holistic upliftment of the self, society and environment. The mission as well is to train, and mould our students into disciplned and competent citizens, by providing the best infrastructure and quality education with inculcated professional & human values to meet the global requirements.
