ILM College of Arts and Science, Methala, Perumbavoor, Ernakulam District, is a minority higher educational, self-financing institution, affiliated to M. G. University Kottayam, approved by the Govt.of Kerala, owned and managed by ILM Trust Methala, Perumbavoor. The Trust is a body of a number of outstanding academicians, educationalists and philanthropists, who strive for the educational advancements of the economically and socially backward sections of the society. ILM College of Arts and Science and our sister institution, ILM College of Engineering and Technology, are the two Educational Institutions run under the strict guidance and control of the ILM Trust, Methala, both the institutions are situated in “Techno Village”, at Methala, under Rayamangalam Grama Panchayath, on a hill top, in a beautiful panorama of nature, six kilometers away from the home town Perumbavoor.
The college was established on 01-08-2012, with its first Under Graduate Program, B.com. Computer Applications. At present we offer five U.G. Programs. They start two branches of M.Com.( Finance & E-Commerce) and two more U.G. Programs, including ‘B.Com.Logistic Management, during the next Academic Year(2016-2017). The college provides socially relevant and holistic education to students, without discriminating anyone on the ground of caste, creed, religion or gender.
