Amala college of Nursing (CAN), located at Amala Nagar, Kerala was established in 2005 under the auspices of CMI Devamatha Province. CAN is recognized by INC & KNC, and is affiliated to KUHS, Kerala.
CAN was established with an aim of imparting quality nursing education to the aspirants with an intake of 50 students. It is a part of Amala institute of Medical Science (AIMS). In order to provide appropriate knowledge to the students, CAN offers Bachelor’s degree course and M.Sc. in the field of nursing. The institute is managed by Amala Cancer Hospital Society.
